.25 to .5 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (sub raspberries)
.5 cup granola, for garnish (optional)
.25 cup cacao nibs, for garnish (optional)
Place the acai juice and one of the bananas in a blender. Add frozen acai puree, blueberries and strawberries. Pulse as needed to form a smooth sorbet.
Slice remaining banana. Divide the mixture between two and top with garnishes.
