Wash long beans and cut into 3cm pieces. Wash chilies, remove seeds and cut into 2cm pieces. Finely chop garlic. Take leaves from basil and wash.
Fry chilies and garlic in oil. Add pork and fry until medium rare. Then add water and sauces. Stir after each. Let it simmer for a bit so that texture is not too wet. Add basil, stir once and serve.
