Bring back the record in a loop.
You can create offset patterns by releasing the record off beat and then adjusting via baby scratches to bring the record back on beat.
Baby scratches help buying time to shortening the loop by spinning back the other record at the same time.

There are different variations of the 3D pattern: quarter note, eighth note and sixteenth note
Both sides hit on the downbeat.
Note that the left record stays on the downbeat while the right hand side hits on the upbeat. Keep in mind when getting out of the pattern.
You can get into the pattern by shortening a loop and then releasing into. A baby scratch helps to buying some time to bring back the other records.
Alternatively, get into the pattern using kick or snare pops or by any pattern that ends on an eighth note offset. Disadvantage could be that you are not on the same part of the records. Need to try out a bit.
Simply stay on the left record.
